My Growth is a Work in Progress
Today as I grow more in Success as a Home Business Internet Marketing Expert. I grew in my talk with my mentor when I was able to work out the understanding of less self defensive guarding of my being teachable. Wiser abilities took over and I was able to self evaluate myself to understand a seed that had been planted of a lesson I recently was taught. A series of hearing over and over again this lesson created a personal self analysis evaluation .
A huge growth lesson is self analysis and self correction .
Most people coast through life without this tool. Chad Schapiro my CEO and Mentor helps me do this many days.
So now I sit after business hours and can articulate what it means to self evaluate a great seed lesson planted in me.
Here it goes, The Ability to deal with gently those who are ignorant and are going astray , since he himself is subject to weakness. Understanding how to be slow and patient in communication with people.... waiting for the time to speak, taking a deep breath because we want to speak our mind, of course we know better..... Ah HA, we know better?? We of course know but better is self not projection of controlling or putting down or forcing or pressuring or overpowering. In the moments of debate or teaching or advising "PAUSE is Priceless". I will say it again"PAUSE is Priceless" as Mr Schapiro shared with me. I also realize self caring is important for the foundation of understanding that when leading a team or helping someone get better results they to have to want it as bad as you. When you want it more than them trouble can be created for no reason. When we serve, serve with the understanding the higher powers that are present like Christ will give you power to know Faith and not become Flesh in the situation. We need to deny our emotions and self wants and needs to be able to wisely lead your self a split second before and "PAUSE is Priceless right before that moment to do whats best for them and in turn it will turn out best for both.
